NEOM has officially unveiled Hidden Marina, the first phase of its revolutionary linear city, The Line. Positioned as a world-class waterfront district, Hidden Marina will serve as the main maritime gateway to The Line, seamlessly connecting the futuristic city to the Red Sea.

During a recent announcement at the PIF Private Sector Forum in Riyadh, NEOM CEO Nadhmi Al-Nasr emphasized the project’s unprecedented scale, stating: “With a built-up area surpassing 21 million square meters, the scale of Hidden Marina is unprecedented, dwarfing global benchmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, which has a built-up area of just 350,000 square meters.”

The newly released images showcase Hidden Marina’s striking architecture, designed to harmonize with the surrounding environment while embodying NEOM’s vision for a sustainable, tech-driven future.

Located along The Line’s stretch, Hidden Marina is envisioned as a hub for world-class hospitality, leisure, and entertainment, all seamlessly integrated into NEOM’s advanced urban ecosystem. The newly revealed images highlight its striking architecture, designed to blend harmoniously with the natural landscape while embodying NEOM’s vision for “a new future for urban living.”

Speaking about this milestone, Al-Nasr stated: “Hidden Marina will set the tone for the revolutionary urban experience that The Line promises. This milestone brings us one step closer to delivering a city that will redefine livability, innovation, and sustainability.”

The district will be a luxury hub for residences, high-end hotels, retail spaces, and leisure activities, all seamlessly integrated into NEOM’s urban ecosystem. It will also be a focal point for maritime activities, catering to yachting and water sports enthusiasts.

As part of The Line’s broader vision, Hidden Marina will incorporate cutting-edge technology, renewable energy, and pedestrian-friendly design, reinforcing NEOM’s commitment to innovation and environmental harmony.

With rapid construction progress at NEOM, Hidden Marina marks a major step in transforming Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast into a global epicenter of innovation and luxury living. As development advances, it is set to become a landmark destination, attracting visitors, investors, and future residents eager to be part of this bold new era in urban development.
