UAE-based Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du) will develop and operate a $544.5 million hyperscale data center in collaboration with Microsoft, according to an announcement made at the Dubai AI Week 2025 event.
The data center will be developed in multiple phases, and Microsoft will serve as the primary tenant.
